lsd question?

i have a 95 240sx se, manual, no abs, and of course no lsd.

i have researched quite a bit, but haven't really found a definite answer. the question is, if i get a 95-96 240sx lsd differential (the whole pumkin), will it bolt right up? or do i need the output shaft and driveshaft from the 95-96 lsd?
