LSD question

HERE IS THE STORY Ok as u all know there is a cusco warehouse in mattoon IL . Well last March or so one of my friends bought a s14 from the guy that runs the warehuse and state side stuff. Mods : cusco Mz 1.5 and mz coilovers and cusco front strut bars .This car is a NONse so it has no sway bar ... Well now my friend wants to sell this car cause he is trying to buy a house . He has offered to sell me the LSD for $400 and my vlsd . Sounds good right , well heres the catch . When driving this car lets say down the highway at 65mph if u would just let off the gas u will feel the car like slighty jerk to the right kind of violently and when u give it gas it will jerk for a second to the left .. Ok u might think an aliginment ......wrong didnt help . It doesnt constantly pull its just a jerk and then thats it .... They at the cusco warehouse installed and broke this diff in so u would think it was dont right.. It was prollay done right around a year ago .Could the discs have been arranged to be more aaggresive ?And would it act like this.Im just really stumped on this . He doesnt drive the car hard . It hasnt been to any drift days ..WTF

Should I buy this guys or not ?

After the diff was suppose to be broke in properly was the diff fluid changed or has it been changed recently.

No it hasnt been changed since he has owned the car..if it was Changed now do u think it would be to late?
