a stock open diff on a 240 is an R200. It was used in a lot of Nissan applications of the era. Side oil seals and pinion oil seals are easy to obtain. I recommend just using a good gasket maker for the rear cover. Nissan wants way too much for a stupid paper gasket.

Also, some 240s came equipped with an R200V which was the viscous limited slip. All the oil seals are the same as the R200.

A little known fact about the R200 carrier. Some of the early year diff carriers used 8 mm diameter bolts, while the later year carriers had 10mm diameter bolts (the threaded part, not the head).

As far as the Cusco stuff goes, you're gonna have to contact a Cusco dealer. try japanparts.com They carry a lot of cusco parts, and may be able to land a rebuild kit for you. I can tell you it won't be cheap. It'll also probably cost about as much as the diff.
