lsd or weld my diff?

well i have done some research. yes i know that a welded diff is cheaper and all that stuff. but what my question is.

if i weld my diff instead of getting LSD, will i still be able to do highspeed freeway runs without being worried of spinning out or anything like that? also will i be able to have enough speed coming in and out of the drift as if someone would if they had LSD?

im runnin a welded open diff i welded and im happy wit it drifting is so easy breaking the traction couldn't be easier but ive never had a lsd but the down fall on welded is make turns slow and u turns slow at freeway speeds you dont even notice its welded but weld is only an advantage is if you drift if your isn't built for just drifting then just get an lsd

yeah ive got a welded, sux having to drive it daily, really clunky but if u drift all the time go for it
