lsd on 96 i30

does the 96 I30 with abs and five speed come with lsd. is there a # in the vin code to verify this thanks

It is standard on all 96 I30's, auto or manual. Not sure of what in the VIN would confirm that though.

i don't know what in the vin would clarify that either but the number on the tranny would tell you. so would a smoking burn out.

The limited slip is not standard, its a option, I haven't seen any I30s with it, and only a couple Ts with it, one being mine:) I didn't think it was, I just posted this to show proof.

my sons i30t / 5 speed does have vlsd. the axles are different. one way to tell after doing the spin test is to check the size of the spare. the infiniti manual lists a different size spare for cars with the vlsd.

As I said..in my post.."only the Ts"..that would be referring to the Touring editions, those are the only ones with it. I have an I30t, i.e. my name..
