lsd and autogauge tach?

so i came across a guy selling some r200 lsd difs and i was wondering if it is a direct bolt on to a stock s13? can someone tell me what is all needed? axles? driveshaft? idk i just got my first 240 and i want to do alot but know so lil right now... if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated..

also i have a autogauge tach i need to install but i am having a problem figuring out where i should wire it.. it has a red(power wire), black(ground) and green(signal wire) i want to wire it to my ecu because it is close to my glove box wher ei am planning on putting the tach but im not sure of which wires i should use..
