Please don't primer it all black.

If you think you're gay now, just wait.

you know having a car that is on the ground is over rated if the car has a good stance than leave it alone every car doesn't need to be hella flush low were your car scrapes on a pebble. Personally I think that if you like it low do so but I think your car op is at a nice height.

ok ok sorry guys, heres a ls1 pics. i put this on my gto build here( not much of a build cause i did it on siliva and thought this is too much to rewrite)

as for the lowering part lol, i could go lower, in the back about 1/8 of inch but i scrap like a mad man as it is, im good with where it sits.and for the primer black, yes i know, alot has this, but the only reason why i want to rock it for a month or so is cause i want to see what it`ll look like black, then for the month or so being black, ill decide whether the color is going to be a nice black, forest green, or bloodshine red(as i like to discribe it).the color now is kinda rare, but its def not a good choice, its like a silver but with vagina stain of light blue...

here is a pic showing it how it sits, its prett low imo, reason why not so much in the fron is cause that side the fender is a lil bent up, the front actuall meets perfectly with the tire, ust needs to be fixed.

If you primer your car black you're just going to create a LOT more work for yourself and the painter. Stupid, stupid idea.

I'll tell you what it'll look like so you don't have to do it. Terrible. A REAL black paint job, it'll look great.

Flat black when done right can look absolutely killer! BUT the body must be amazingly perfect for me to be drawn in. Most modern day 'flat black' rods are usually not truely 'flat', but have a slight sheen to them to distinguish between a finished intentional design and a work in progress. Most 'rat rods' of earlier years were left in black primer for various reasons (lack of money, not enough time, works in progress, etc). In the beginning, a few cars were done up in this style, serving as transportation for folks that live the rockabilly lifestyle. Others started to “get it,” and made similar vehicles. This led to more people catching on and building their own rat rods, creating a new phenomenon in our passion. Now, thousands of vehicles are being done up in the rat rod style, driven to car shows by their white collar owners who paid gobs of money to have it built for them. The rat rod was the visualization of the idea of function over form. Rat rods are meant to be driven, not shown off. I say go for it!

Seriously, plz do the s-chassis community justice. It already has what looks like decent paint? Why take giant leeps back and "primer" it flat black, jus to see if you think you like your car being black.

oh and xenon lip plz

If you have the money to spend, a nice paintjob can really make the car... but on the other hand, if you don't have the cash for a nice one, a crappy one can really f*** it up. Hence why I'm going with SATIN black rattlecan. I'm still in high school, don't make that much money, and couldn't give a s*** whether my car is "pretty" or not. Satin black IMO looks better than flat black, and it can stand a coat of rattlecanned clear over it. Also, you get the badass factor... lemme find a couple examples...

Can you keep your ps and your ac with a LSx swap or do you have to remove those due to lack of space?
