lowing clutch friction point?

i was wondering how can i lower my clutch pedal. ive checked the transmission, and the pedal. the friction point is really high off the ground is there any way of lower it without getting a sports clutch or something?

you can adjust the clutch master cylinder rod under the dash. The arm that connects the pedal to the master cylinder is threaded. Loosen the locknut and shothen the arm to move the engagement point lower. Keep in mind lowering it too much will cause problems where the clutch may not disengage all the way.
