Racing Line,
Tein
Or Eibach?

Trying to find something that wont scrape on the speed bumps or slanted driveways.... Input would help - Coilovers not an option.

Eibach, I have them and hardly scrape. It's only when I hit a bump too fast or I don't angle myself correctly over the big one's that I scrape. Tein's I've read drops lower than Eibachs, and Racingline also goes pretty low. Best bet = Eibachs, just go into the bumps and driveways slowly :)

The eibachs are like 1.4-1 and racing line is like 1.75 - .65 or something funny like that

It's all subjective - depends on the speed bump / driveway. I've seen speed bumps 9-10 inches off the ground and driveways that will scrape at factory height.

You're less likely to scrape on Eibach's, but I'd recommend Tein's or RacingLine's to level out the rake.

it means the slant of the car.....basically the front being higher than the rear or rear being higher than the front.

although I'm on eibachs and the car seems perfectly level.....is your's not level beeristasty?

Eibach FTW!!! :mike Scrape is bad btw, especially if you have an exhaust or in your case the lip. You have to be EXTRA careful going into bumps and driveways. I have the stock front and can hardly clear those stupid apartment/grocery speed bumps without going so slow I stop traffic...the handling improvement and majority gap elimination is worth it though. Your choice bro, that's just my .02

I have Eibach springs and love it. My car sits pretty low (especially since I have the stillen front fascia) but I don't really scrape. The only thing I scrape is my stupid modified Y-pipe because It's like 1-2 inches off the ground. here are some pics of the wheel gap and how low it looks. I almost never scrape.

The silver one is SEismyG's car before we lowered it. The other two have Eibach springs.

It still has that nice lowered car look (especially from the front) but it doesn't scrape all the time

Don't forget the H&R springs I kinda wish I'd gone with them. I like my ride height but the eibach just seem half baked.

if you want to lower the car with the minimum chance of scraping then get the Eibach springs, PERIOD!
if you're really worried then you can do as I did, install the front Eibach's only, leave the OEM springs @ the back.
The roads here are very bad, and the bumps are huge (designed for 4x4's I guess), luckily I don't scrap on 90% of them. I had to cut half of the garage door support in my drive way because it used to hit the car really bad sometimes. The only thing you have to worry about is the front bumper, if you have a lip kit then don't lower the car.

All you have to do is scout out parking lots, parking garages, and certain malls that have steep grades and speed bumps. I have scraped several times and have learned to go over at an angle. My driveway is not that steep but when I back out I scrape the front lip a little every time.

Thanks, they are 18" Konig Illusions, they come in red, blue, and silver electro luminescent paint, but not white. When the car is moving the wheels look blue and at night downtown they are amazing. I believe they come in 19" now.

19" gunmetal rays like from the infiniti g35s would be a similar style and look really nice! I am going to get a set of those soon and I can't wait.

It wasn't level on my sedan when I had them (on coilovers now). Hearing the Eibachs are more level on the coupe makes sense since the front/rear weight distribution is closer to even on the sedan vs. the coupe.

Installing the rear Eibachs will actually give you a little bit more clearance at the front overhang, where you're more likely to scrape.
