Ok so long story short I got solid sub frame bushings, it came with spacers to lower it. What would the benefit of this be? lower center of gravity and?

Welcome to Nico!

The spacers do not lower the sub frame at all, they keep the old bushings from being sloppy which translates into a much more planted car around turns and no wheel hop. In other words, they rock lol.

^^Right. Think of it as a "facelift" for the subframe. They wedge in with the subframe bushings, and help to harden up the bushings, making them more responsive. One of the lesser- thought about suspension/handling improvement areas.

No they are not the slide one ones... I had the old bushings pressed out. In the manual it says the spacers alter the roll center and anti squat and so o. There are 8 spacers total...

I feel like we are still talking about the same thing, you just went with a more "permanent" fix to the bushings back there. Mind posting a link to exactly what product you are installing?

I think i know what you are talking about. It allows you to adjust the squat and what not.. I remember seeing the product and reading the article about it. What product is it exactly and where did you get it from?
