This has been talked about longer than nico has existed, Wait a week or 2, your springs work to the appropriate height, than get the allignment because you to keep in mind, you just took appart your whole suspension lol

I have a 2010 alima coupe. I got the eibachs and the camber bolts. I actually got it all installed about a month ago. Some say you don't need the camber bolts because the drop isn't drastic. However, my alignment shop said it was good I got them because they wouldn't have been able to get the camber in spec without them, however it only would have been off -2 without them, and some prefer the slight negative camber for improved handling. Personally I wanted my wheels straight up and down. But like D3santis said, ride on them for a couple weeks, and let the springs settle, and then get the alignment. It's pointless to get it immediately after install. Hope this helps.

I just did a drop on Tein S-Techs Full 2in, I am waiting for a few more parts to arrive before I get a pro allignment.
The front:
Seemed to be almost perfect no adjustment needed.

The Back:
The rear has a ton of adjustment available from the factory, I was able to adjust the back pretty close to stock I would guess within 1.
I ordered a set of Rear Lower control arm from Ebay (they came with Camber bolts too!) just cause :gotme , not sure you really need be at 0. but they were only 75.00 with free shipping.

I will be going in for a pro alignment after my Traction Bar and Rear Sway get in to see were I am at.

Hope this helps...

Eibachs are going to make your suspensions fail. That's a guarantee but it won't happen for awhile (depending on how you drive). If you get something like Tein springs, they might wear your struts out faster because you're dropped lower. Still, depending on how you drive. Eibachs are the way to go if you want to keep your struts for awhile (no flame intended). A member on here named Hussain had them on his car for 3-4 years now I think....I'm waiting a month before I get an alignment b/c I'm on a budget plus recommended by Hussain and mmx23z. I'm on stock tires, if you're on some performance tires and have the money, follow D3santis advice. When they fail, get coilovers. Or just save up for coils and save $200+ Happy modding :mike
