I'm was in the same boat, wanted to lower the car but was on a budget. I bought a set of tein s-tech and used the stock struts. Got about an 1 1/2 drop but after driving it a bit they settled a little lower. Tightened the car up a bit too. You can find them cheap online. Easy to install too.

Well if your on a budget, you might as well save a little more and buy coilovers. That way you'll be paying for something once instead off twice.

Eibach Sportlines states a 2.0 (ish) in drop.
Skunk2's are like 1.8 I think.

Just grab some tokico's to match w/ your springs. They are cheaper than koni's, not sure about vs the KYB AGX's. I run Skunk2's w/ AGX's all around.
Everyone will tell you to buy coilovers, but if you shop around for correct springs and match them with well built shocks, you'll be fine for DD. GL

If you are going to be tracking the car, get coilovers. Shocks and Springs are garbage.

With that said, my girlfriend's BMW is more show. We installed Eibach Sportlines on H&R's and it lowered it a little, nothing like what we wanted. Cutting a few coils is easy and effective. Ignore anyone who can't get off the wagon about how bad cutting springs is. Ride quality is fine, the only negative is possibly shortening the life of the shock (just be sure it is a linear spring, which Im pretty sure all 240 springs are.)

But like I said, if you plan on doing any drifting or road racing, don't waste your time with springs.

Koni yellows with RS-R race springs are great for DD.

Sorry ,OTS (off the shelf) coilovers are garbage. Unless your spending over $2500 they are going to suck. Do more research. 90% of the people on here say coil overs or die, so everyone just keeps going with that (think about the story of sheep, one walks off a cliff and other follow).

If you want real suspension suggestions go to the NissanRoadRacing forum. They have more experience and better advice.

Koni yellows paired with ground control springs, and camber plates will stomp the crap out of any OTS coilver under $2500. as long as you pair proper spring rates, and the shocks stiffness etc. Most people are just to scared to make their own coilver like that.
