I say no. Go with a brand you trust. I'm thinking tanabe sustec gf 210.

http://www.tanabe-usa.com/springs/gf210.asp

Also if you lower your car you will need to get adjustable camber rods. Otherwise you will eat your tires up very quickly.I'm considering going with kinetx($199.99) or megan racing(145.00).http://www.kinetixracing.com/r....aspxh ... ing33.html

+1

With suspension, there is the whole other spot to this forum dedicated to that...

the Tanabe GF210 are good..

I like the Eibach pros

It really depends on what you want to do...You can go with the 350z springs or a whole setup and get better overall performance all together.

so, I guess the question is, what do you want? Just a lower car?

DO you have the sport suspension?

the 350z suspension is a good compromise for performance and price. It drops about 1" all around for a sedan. If you have the sport suspension in your G all you need is the 350z unrevised springs and you will lower and get better performance and good ride quality for pretty cheap.

How much are you looking to drop?

Tein S-techs, Eibach Pro-kit, and Tanabe GF210 are what you should be looking at after you look at the 350Z setup.

When you say 350z suspension are you just talking about springs? If not what other components are you referring to? Like bigger swaybars? Would make it easier to search for. Also what year springs should we be looking for?

I was never too worried about suspension before. But then I had my accident plus i'm reaching my bolt on N/A limit. So I think I'm going to tackle suspension. Thanks in advance.

350z shocks/struts and springs

all together you should pay somwhere between 200-250 on average for a whole setup. I would try to keep the miles around 15K or less...most are. 350z people seem to change out suspension more than us, so this will give sedans a 1" drop all around and coupe a .5" drop all around.

send me an email, i'll show you where to go...

also, you want to keep the suspension between the 2004.5 and newer, as they revised the setup. Stiffer rates in the back end and there was a bouncy feel to the stock 2003 and early 2004's. I can vouch for this as I have the 2003 unrevised setup currently. Its not bad, but its not as smooth as i'd like it.

Much better handling than stock G35

I sent you an email regarding a revised suspension that is available for $220 shipped. I have it reserved for you if you still want it.

If you dont, let me know so that if someone else wants it they can still get it before he sells it to someone else.

thats a good price for the springs, but I'd still rather go with the 350z setup. same drop, stiffer than stock plus you won't wear out the shocks out unevenly from added tension.

Sweet, god to hear that you're getting it on this weekend. I think you'll love the wheel gap being gone and the stiffer and better handling.

Next thing you'll wanna get is sway bars if you are gonna keep gettin that suspension better.

Hello

i heard you got the s-tech springs for 130 shipped. Do you know if the H-tech springs are a better ride for a coupe? How much could you get the coupe suspension for? Let me know thank you so much!

i got them on ebay. there are several vendors with similar priced teins on there. The H-tech i believe are luxery, and supposed to be a stock soft ride.my s-techs are a little stiffer than stock.

i bought some tein s-techs for my 240sx when i had it and they were awsome springs, they road so nice and handled so well, i know these G's are not 240's but just thought i would share that. Whats the differenc between the G sedans with the sport suspension and the non sport suspension?

you can do a search and find out the numbers...i dont want to do the search, but both springs and shocks have stiffer dampening for the sport suspension. something like 283 to 343

the 350z revised suspension is much stiffer and shorter for a perfect drop and great ride feel.
