i'm looking to lower my '03 g sedan, but slightly. i only want to get about a 1" drop, and still use my factory struts. what is the best springs for my criteria? i would also like a sportier/stiffer ride without sacrificing too much ride comfort. i plan to change the struts, but not yet, just springs for now.

Your oem shocks/struts are not really designed for lowering springs. I would suggest 350z springs(unrevised) and 350z shocks/struts(revised). Unrevised springs are from 2003- early 2004 350z's. Revised shocks/struts are from 2004.5- present 350z's. This will give your car a 1" drop all the way around. I have 350z springs up front and coupe springs in the rear on my sedan. I am using my oem shocks/struts because the car came with a sport suspension. The 350z spring/shock combo can be had for less than $300.
