The most common springs used on the Max are Eibach and Tein. Then it becomes a question of how low you want to go. And if you really want to go all out, go with coilovers. As for where to get everything, feel free to check out our sponsors for some great deals.

The 2k2 Maxima front-fender arches are higher than the rear. If you want everything even, you need more of a drop in the front. Most people use coilovers to fix that issue.

I have Eibachs and they are kinda harsh. Unfortunately, I have not ridden in a vehicle with other springs, so I can't compare them.

Is this your personal site?

They have the wrong car showing for Eibach drop. It is listed as my car but, obviously, that is not my car

With lowering springs, you want to drop the car but not so much where you sacrifice suspension travel and add detrimental effects to your handling. Recommendations would be Eibach, H&R, or Teins H techs.

I'm unsure about progress, sprint, or others. I'd stay away from Tein S techs, you might as well go with coilovers by then.

Basically when you lower the car you don't want the roll center to drop more then the center of gravity (C.G.) because it will increase the roll couple. This causes more weight transfer to the outside wheels and more body roll when cornering.
