lowering springs for 2013 M56

Anyone know of any good lowering springs for the M? I have coilovers, but the ride is really rough, even on the softest setting. Thoughts?

StinkFist welcome to Nico. Do you have the OE struts so that you can install lowering springs on them? I would look into Tanabe and RS*R if so. Otherwise regarding coilovers, there is a member here with JIC Magic coilovers who noted improvement over BC in terms of handling but mentioned tips that may improve ride quality as well in the following thread:

Don't think you can go wrong with Eibachs. Had them on several of my cars in the past. Never had a complaint with them. Eibachs been around for awhile too. I've also personally never seen negative feedback on them.
