You can fit 5" up front and 6" or more, lip in the rear but you'd have to run stretchd tires and lots of camber plus some body work. S techs will let you fit a wider wheel since you'd get more camber compared to h techs. It all depends how aggressive you want to go and how much fender work if any you'd want to do.

The amount of lip you can run is going to be determined by the width vs. offset vs. disc. Its all based on how much work you want to get into and how aggressive you want it to be. Doing springs alone will lessen what you can do.

i really appreciate the responses. but i dont think im going to do much body work or anything. i just want a nice drop and some wheels to have my car looking nice. and the streets where i stay suck. so i dont want to do so much to it. but i would for sure order my springs asap.
