Today I did a test on my suspensions since I heard clicking when I go over bumps. So I jacked the car up, put on the stands and put the jack under the front right tire and started jacking the right suspension up. And I found out my spring(Tein) is the thing that's making noises. But the spring is sitting right tho. But the left one doesnt make noises at all... So im just curious if it's normal? My springs are only 4~5 months old. Or time for new springs?! Thanks

Are your spring perches good? If not, that can cause it. Does you front end pop when you turn very tightly and slowly, like backing out of a parking spot? If so, and your T/C rods are good, then it's most likely your spring perches. Also, it could be the spring metal contacting the strut or perch if the insulators are bad/missing.

my set up doesnt make any noise when I turn. Only when I go over bumps or hit a pot hole. And I believe all my TC rods, ball joint, tie rods are good. Because I put my car on stands and jacked my right wheel up and I found out the spring twist and clicks when it's compressed. But the prob is I tq everything the left doesnt make any noise and right side does?! The only possible reasons I could think of are Shock mount (They look fine tho...) Or spring is done already?! and became too lose?! What do you think?

usually when you get a popping noise in the front end while turning, if it's not the T/C rods, it's a bad spring perch allowing the spring to windup and then twist in the same fashion as you discribed, but that's when turning. I say take the spring/strut assembly out and see if maybe you installed it wrong/assembled them wrong. It the spring perches are good, you may not have seated the spring against it properly when you installed them. Refer to the FSM for installation procedures and make sure you followed them correctly.

Everything is totally correct. Im 100% sure. This is not my first time putting suspension stuff on my car. It's like the 5th time or 6th time. So before I had tokico and tein. Everything was perfect. And this clicking noise started couple months ago. I thot my shocks were dead. So I bought new shocks but it turned out all the tokico are in perfect shape. After I swapped in new shocks the clicking didnt go away. But when I adjust my shocks and make it stiffer the springs dont make as much noise. (A lot less) So I dont even know is going on.

Are you using the tein spring silencers with the springs? If not, might be worth the $5 to try them out.

^ try that. If it's installed right and your perches are good then I'm out of suggestions. GL man.
