Why would you want a really low car? So you can tear up the underbelly when you drive over a speed bump???

My car isn't lowered and it doesn't look like a 4x4, although I did see this redneck with a jacked up el camino the other day....

Are you talking about 1.2in - 1.8in lowering? or more?

I hit stuff all the time... the bottom of the front bumper is all scratched up... and just last week I was going to pick up my mom form her work... her car was in the shop and then on the way coming back... I didn'tknow the road and it was dark and all of a sudden a damn dip came out of no where!!! I hit that **** at like 40mph.... my heart just sank... i was about to cry because usually I have to slow down and then pass over them very carefully or I will scrape the front lip... and I hit that going 40mph head on.. i pulled over and checked.. nothing was broken... but i scratched one part all the way thhrough... but iss all good cuz it is on the underside so you can't see it

If you do a 3 inch drop i hope your not thinking of getting big rims. only way you would be able to do 3 inches is with coilover. i have sportlines, with tokico hp's. i like them alot. Not the best, but pretty damn good. ive heard alot of good stuff about h&r too.

ive got intrax on mine s14. it lowers it 2 in. the 240 is a very low car as it is stock. if you ever park next to another car look at the difference. the other day i drove under a semi truck in a parking lot with no prob.

why slam your car that much especially when you smash it on stuff all the time. you can't gain that much more performance from an inch.

hey check out the GPFour website janan or the US version on the body kits... they have really slammed 240's with the kits on... I like how it looks but I know its not drivable(sp?) but it looks pretty cool and if you look at the GP FOUR version of the kits all the cars are Black... they have S13 S14 S14.5 and S15 so if you want the really lowered car pictures go there for some.

You'll need to register to see this thread but these are Arospeed coilover sleeves.. the guy says it doesn't ride the best but it's bearable... should be similar to your Teg with a 4" drop as far as ride quality..

S13 dropped on Arospeed coilover sleeves... stock struts.http://www.240sxforums.com/for...speed

Sportlines are pretty low, but as long as you go slow and profile over everything you can you should be fine. Ive had mine on for over a year with no problems.
