So, next weekend, I am looking to purchase something to fix my massive wheel gap that I have with theses 18" Rims that I bought and I am curious what some of you more experienced Altima Coupe owners think I should go with. Coilovers are a little too expensive but if theres a less expensive one out there I could make it an option. Thanks guys!
Here's a pic of the depressing grand canyon sized wheel gap:

1. Ask yourself how much you want to lower it
2. Look up how much springs will drop it
3. Look up how much coilovers can drop it.
4. Make decision =]

You only have two options since you don't want to save up for coils... H&R springs or Eibach springs. Both are around the same price, and I believe the Eibach springs lower the car a little bit more but not too much more in comparison.

Isn't racing line producing some springs for the coupe. Supossedly it'll give it a coilover like stance.

^ The drop with the TEIN springs is actually 50mm (1.9~"), not 1.7/1.1". Just thought I'd let you know :)

Im assuming most people here have KYB struts or whatever struts they make for the A/C.

I'd go with coilovers if you have the money because you're only gonna be a couple hundred under if you get springs/shocks. Plus, coilovers are much easier to instal since the springs are already compressed.

And don't forget about the alignment.

racingline is coming out with new springs very soon, more even wheel gap all around. lowers the car approx 1.6" Front & .75" rear giving the car an aggressive stance with equal fender gap front and rear (about 1.5 fingers or less depending on rim/tire setup).
