We usually put spaces between words, not between letters that MAKE words. And we put these '?' on the end of our questions. It helps communicating a little easier.

That being said, wth do you mean 'best lowering rater'? Best lowering rate? What do you plan on doing with the car? Are you going to drift it or make it a time trial grip car, or a show car? There are a lot of different options when lowering your car but i would recommend some coilovers from a reputable company like Stance, Cusco, PBM, JIC, KW, etc. They have adjustable ride heights and different spring rates to choose from.
