I'm looking into getting Eibach Pro-Kit lowering springs for my 2013 Coupe 2.5s. I can't exactly afford $1500 coilovers so im going to start of with lowering springs. Now I know I need to get an alignment done after installation. But ive been doing my research about the springs and Im seeing different opinions about alignment kits. Some say it's recommended and others say its not needed. Im trying to see which will be the best option. Just trying to make sure my car runs just as smooth after I put them on.

These are the springs im looking into. If there are cheaper or better springs out there, please let me know.

Go with either the Eibach and H&R springs. Since both spring application only lowers the car modestly, a camber/alignment kit really isn't necessary. An alignment alone will suffice. Importantly, you should realize that lower springs will cause your oem dampers to wear prematurely --- due to the stiffness and recoil rates of lowering springs. How fast your oem dampers wear, will depend how well your oem dampers are at the moment, your driving characteristics, and the typical road conditions you drive on each day. In many instances, it's more cost effective to simply save your pennies to purchase coilovers from the get go. :)
