Hello everyone I need some help finding parts to lower my Q. I don't want to buy coilcovers, so from my current knowledge I think that new struts and springs will be best for me. I want to do around a 3" drop. So if you all could help me find some struts and springs, and lend some advice that would be greatly appreciated.

3" drop will leave you with a camber you cannot live with. Even the 1" -1.5" drop of my Eibachs result in a -2° camber that decreases rear tire life seriously. A few of us are having SPL fabricate some RUCA to correct this.

You need to find Eibach of Espelir springs for the FGY33. The Teins are made for a Y33 and are not strong enough.

You need to go to http://www.memoryfab.com and order the KYB SR Specials for the FGY33. It will take 6-8 weeks for them to arrive from Japan.

When you get your parts, check back and we'll give you some other suggestions. Gaiters and front strut bearings for sure. Maybe front strut mounts, spring seats, front anti-sway bar links, probably steering rack bushings, anti-sway bar bushings. Same things on the rear. Depends where it's been, how long it's been there, and how it's been maintained.

Wow, I didn't know 1-1.5 inch drop would need a camber. Thanks for the info.
