Lowering emissions

Just got my car smogged and it barely passed emissions the results were:

the HC was 115 @ 15mph (max allowed 118) and 82 @ 25 (max 93) the NO was 788 @ 15 (max 799)

those are the ones that seemed to close the edge, this is my daily driver, bone stock 92 fb and i wanted to know what i could do to make the even lower

anything in particular besides just a "tune up"

oil filter, fuel filter, new cat, new muffler, oil change, better oil, engine additives, completely flush and refill all oils and such.... just a few thoughts off the top of my head. good luck.

thanks for the tip, just changed cap n rotors, and air filter, damn that thing was dirty,

gonna change the oil this week =) darn brother didn't maintain the car well
