Probably only on the springs and dampners. Not on the engine, transmission or anything like that.

They have to show proof that your mod caused the problem. Otherwise, they must accept your warranty claim.

He meant that the mod can only affect your warranty if it is directly related AND can be attributable to the problem. So springs can't affect engine, intake doesn't affect shocks, etc. They have to PROVE that your mod was the problem.

One last time, s-l-o-w-l-y.

You can do anything you want to the car. Nissan must prove that something YOU did caused a warranty problem, otherwise it is their responsibility. An exhaust system can't be responsible for anything that I can think of (other than p!$$!ng off the neighbors).

Next!

I asked Nissan about voiding my warrenty when I installed my intake. They told me that the only thing it will void is my O2 sensor. It will not void anything else.

This is why mods like intake and exhaust are simple to get around.... you can always put the stock one back on if you run into trouble before you take it back in. I have my stock intake sitting in the K&N box if anything ever happens. Now a turbo.... that may be a bit harder to hide or convert back to stock haha
