I tend to get that issue with my coilovers when the weather turns cold. I think I need to take another whack at properly preloading my front-passenger-side spring.
When the car is stopped or at low speed, turning the wheel gives you a pinging noise, right? And then it pulls to one side. Turning the wheel back the other way will center it. I've had this for a while, but I have no time to get under the car to fix it. My guess is it's the preload on the springs, and you should have it taken back and adjusted.
In my case, it only appears in cold weather, and if I think back to chemistry/physics, I'm pretty sure that the change in temperature affects the metal in the springs one way or the other (after a short while of driving, it goes away, so there must have been enough friction to heat them up again), and that is enough for the car to tell me, "Hey, your preload is ever so slightly off. Fix it, jackhole."
