I am looking into blocks for the rear, but the front has me stumped, would a coil spring of adjustable coilover for a maxima v6 of the same year would work. Any ideas, or try and find the two models at a wrecking yard and take measurements?

You could check with auto parts store to see if the front struts have same part numbers. I have a 97 and getting info is like pulling teeth good luck let us know what u find

Good idea. Again, as I mentioned to Frank, grab the FSM at www.nissanservicemanuals.com and have a look at the front suspension components for the Quest and the Max. I wouldn't be surprised if the subframes are almost identical.
