While browsing around I've seen a few people say that snow is a lot harder to get through with springs installed. I knew it would be a bit tougher but just how bad are we talking? Originally that was going to be my first mod however considering I live in ND and we have fairly harsh winters I'm not so sure anymore...

Anyone who lives in a cold climate have any input?

there really are only are two factors here. how low the car is and how high the snow is. if you even think 1.5 inches is going to be too much drop than either do it and put the o.e. springs on during the winter or just find another mod to spend your money on. There's plenty of stuff out there and Stillen.com pretty much carries most of it. Enjoy your coupe bro!

The Eibach's dont drop the car that much, you shouldnt have a problem if you dont have a problem at the stock height.

We have some pretty nasty snowfalls here in the Northeast, too. For the past 5 years I had been driving a lowered Corolla. Unless you're planning on plowing the driveway with your Coupe's front bumper, it's really a non-issue. The only cons I found driving a lowered vehicle was floor jack access when changing the oil and don't run over any empty plastic botthes or milk cartons, or you'll take them for a ride for a block or two.
