I have a 1990 300zx that’s slammed and I have already caused a dent on my oil pan, does anybody have any ideas to prevent this

Yeah raise it back to normal ride height, and swap or fix your oil pan, dented oil pans are one of the top causes of oil starvation and locked engines.

Yeah, there's no way around it other than just be more careful about how you drive.

I also updated your thread title to more accurately match your actual question. All caps is annoying and won't get many views.

I'll apologize first, lol.

I won't reply to this because it's a stupid question.

I'm 6'6" tall and I lowered my ceiling to 6' high so I can build a second floor that's also 6' high.
Every time I stand up my head hits my ceiling, what can I do to prevent this?
