I tried searching this and couldn't find nothing. So my question is when I'm doing my swap do I use the lower harness from the KA or the SR. My SR lower harness appears to be uncut and the plugs looks like they match but that doesn't mean the pinouts are the same. I'm also going from a auto to a 5-speed so the lower harness on the KA is a bit different. Supposably the KA harness works with the SR alternator as well. I know I need to pull of my KA's power steering and AC compressor but which alternator should I be using (the SR one appears to be cleaner and in better shape)? I'm also a little bit confused on splicing the main harnesses. I'm at the step where you splice the two end plugs from the KA into the SR harness and I cannot figure out what the pink wire on the KA plug goes to or if it is even needed. Thnx for any info-Rob-

Been using both heavy throttle and FR for splicing the harnesses, neither write up mentions the pink plug anywhere. I guess I'll just leave it and see what happens. Theres like 3 plugs on the SR lower harness that aren't on the kA so I'm hoping it works. Anyone else have any ideas?
