lower timing cover

CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN WHY THIS LOWER TIMING COVER WILL NOT COME OFF AS EASY AS THE PICS SHOW! It moves about 3/8 inch than stops hard.

did you take off the bolt that is conected to the crank shaft caps. remove the oil pan and it should be on the driver side. its alil 10mm bolt.
