Second dash in from the left Is TDC, the orange dash I take it, correct?
What does each dash on the lower pulley represent, how many degrees?

the second to last on the right is 15 degrees BTDC.

tdc=0 degrees alyways.
so on the pulley from left to right is -5, 0, 5, 10, 15, 20
0 being the second mark from the left, which is #1 TDC
