lower oil pan gasket 2004 G35

I am going to chan ge the lower oil oan gasket and it looks fairly simple. Does the gasket require gasket adheasive? didn't look like it did but need to make sure. Thanks in advance for the help!

Yes you need to use High Temp RTV.

do you know if there is a DIY for the upper gasket just in case

The upper gasket will be a little more in detail, but straight forward. The RTV can be used by itself to create the gasket and seal everything like it needs to be.
