lower manifold leak?

I drive a 92 240sx w/ a automatic ka24de and coolant started spewing out from the under-side of the lower part of the intake manifold....i was wondering if somebody could tell me what could of happened.

i dunno a lot about the rwd ka24de, just the fwd, but i'd look first at the small line that goes to your IACV. that is there (at least on the U13) to control the cold idle rpm, etc. also on the U13, some engines have a coolant elbow on the upper plenum right by the #1 runner as it enters the head, and there is an o-ring on those that leak w/ age.
