Lower fuse box

Can anyone here tell me what what the lower fuse box on the driver side is for? I dont have the cover that tells what each fuse is for? I still have the temp gauge problem and i figure that this fuse box might be the key. Currently the temp gauge does not work and neither does my center panel. S.O.S. please help!

Sorry but i am talking about the fuse box beside the clutch pedal. If you reach back there you can feel a bunch of fuse but i have no cover so i dont know what they are for. Any help would be fine.
