new to site today are the lower control arm bushings replaceable or have to replace entire arm with ball joint would like to upgrade to urathane does anybody have some info about this ? neednsome help.

I don't think there are any urethane bushings available for 00-06's. I do think they're separate (try looking them up in the FSM or on an online parts retailer's site to double check - try the links in my sig) of the actual arm though.
