3 questions here actually. I replaced front rotors, pads, and outer tie rod ends yesterday and 2 things came up during the install on my 98 Q45 non active.

#1 Looks like I need to replace the lower ball joint on the drivers side. Can this part be purchased separately from the tranverse link and #2 is it pressed in the tranverse link?

#3 Pardon my terminology here, the bracket that the caliper bolts to has two "floating" mounting studs. They are supposed to move in and out to allow the caliper to adjust as the brakes get worn down. Well one of them was rusted frozen. After 1/2 can of WD40 I finally worked it out buffed off the rust regreased and reinstalled however during the process I destroyed the rubber boot. I want a new rubber boot and "floating bolt" to avoid this issue reappearing. Do I need the whole caliper mount or can I just get the pieces I need?

If I were to try to order these pieces from infiniti parts USA what would I ask for?

I think IoS can best answer you questions.

You have a standard model, but there are no active FGY33, at least in USA. Only adjustable shock settings on the t and ae model.

The pins and boots should be seperate parts you can order, im about 95% sure.

I think ive head some people using Z32 ball joints (maybe 240sx on a Y33 since the Z32s were used on the G50s)..
