 I need that....

I have a Char Grill Silver Series with a side chamber. It sucks and needs to get out of my yard. Until I saw these I was thinking of going electric. Nothing beats cooking with fire ...but electric is reliable. Anyone who has undercooked a roast (which always seems to happen, when you are cooking for company) or fought with temperature consistency for hours instead of enjoying your own party electric seems very tempting.

Why not???

I think smoking is more about the wood flavor than fire maintenance.

Fruit woods+ Pork = win
