I have a 2004 Murano. Past couple of days kept trying to clean windows with washer fluid. I heard motor nothing came out. I thought I can't be out of washer fluid because acccordiing to the manual there is an warning indicator light that comes. Well went outside and looked the container is totally empty. No liquid and no light! So is the warning light only on certain packages or is there a sensor that could have malfunctioned or does the computer need to be reprogrammed PLEASE SHED SOME INSIGHT THX

Another note anyone know of a good nissan service mechanic/tech in dallas area..Not TROPHY Nissan please...they never follow through.

Happy Holidays and welcome to NICOclub! Glad to have you as a member of the Murano Forum!

Sorry to hear about the problem. Chances are it is something simple that needs repair or replacement. I have not heard of that problem before, but if the manual says you have it, then you should. Good luck and keep us informed of your outcome.

Same thing happened to my wife few weeks ago. Despite the annunciator mentioned in the user manual, seems like it's not implemented in 2004 Murano. I have service manual CD (from eBay) and I don't see any wiring or low fluid sensor there. Only the pump motor. Is there any mechanic around to confirm this?
