LOW VOLT READING ON MY SAFC NEO?????????

I RECENTLY INSTALLED A SAFC NEO IN MY 240SX WITH SR20DET (REDTOP, WITH FULL 3" EXHAST, TUBULAR MAINIFOLD BACK, FRONT MOUNT, STOCK BOOST) ANY WAYS I JUST TOOK IT TO THE DYNO AND I NEW IT WAS RUNNING LEAN,DEW TO ALL THE BACK FIRING WHEN AT FULL THROTTLE. SO THEY (DYNO GUYS) WERE FIXING THE PROBLEM WITH THE SAFC AND STARTED TO DO PULLS AND HAD TO STOP AT 5500 RPMS, CAUSE IT SPIKED OUT LEAN AS HELL, AND THAT WAS WITH THE SAFC MAXED OUT TO AS RICH AS POSSIBLE? THE DYNO GUYS TOLD ME TO GET A NEW FUEL PUMP AND 550cc INJECTORS AND A Z32 MAF. I THINK THATS BULL**** FOR RUNNING STOCK BOOST???? SO AFTER THAT ME AND ALL MY MACHNIC BUDDIES WERE THINKING OF WHAT IT COULD BE, HERES WHAT WE THOUGHT.1. FUEL PUMP NOT GETTING ENOUGH VOLTS?2.SAFC WIRED WRONG?3. FUSE PROBLEMWELL THERE WERE A FEW MORE THINGS BUT QUICKLY GOT OVER ROOLED FAST.THE SAFC NEO WAS READING ANYWERE FROM 10.1 TO 12.1 VOLTS ON IT, SO WE THOUGHT ALTENATOR WAS GOING BAD? WELL PUT A NEW ONE ON THERE, AND STILL 10.1 TO 12.1 VOLTS?? BUT WHEN CHECKING THE BATTERY WITH A VOLT METER ITS READING 14.4 AND AT THE FUEL PUMP ITS IN THE 14s? ALL FUSES ARE GOOD NO HALF BLOWN FUSES OR JUST BLOWN FUSES?AND THE SAFC IS WIRED CORRECT IVE HAD MULTIPLE MACHNICS CHECK IT?

WHAT IM THINKING IS THAT WHAT EVER IS MAKEING THE SAFC READ LOW VOLTS IS ALSO MAKEING THE CAR RUN LEAN, AND IF I DO HIGHWAY PULLS PAST 5500 IT BACK FIRES AND FALLS ON ITS FACE, PLUS THE HIGHER THE RPMS THE LOWER THE VOLTS GO ON THE SAFC?

SO WHAT IM ASKING IS DOES ANYONE NO WHAT IS CAUSEING THE SAFC TO READ LOW VOLTS AND WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT?????????PLEASE ANY INFO WOULD HELP GREATLY....

spellcheck much? Take caps off please. Did you offset the brown and black grounds on the ground wire? Read the wiring guide at the front and you'll know what I'm talking about. Also, what are your connections done with? whats the voltage reading to the power wire? If your tuners can't figure out or troubleshoot this, I wouldnt trust their credibility. Really get a walbro or something thought. The stock pump will barely cut it.
