Friends told me that I should wait untill LTI turns off before I drive.

I tried once but the LTI was still illuminated after 5 minutes (and I gave up waiting). When I drive with the LTI on, it goes off around 3 or 4 minutes. Is it a normal time? I think it is not good for the engine because I drive uphill very often when engine has not wamed up.

Completely normal. mine does that when its a bit cold outside, but goes ofter 2 or 3 minutes. Just dont reall drive hard until it goes off would be my opinion.

The Low temp light shuts off at 130* water temp.

Just don't drive it hard until the indicator goes off and you will be all set.
