Low Speed Vibration (searched)

Ive got a 93 240 coupe. I have the stock wheels and struts but have Eibach Sportlines on it as well. When I accelerate or decelerate the car will vibrate between 20-30mph. Its not severe its just like a subtle vibration. And it will happed when I am in gear or just coasting down a hill in neutral.

I am wanting to sell the car and don't want to pass along any bad problems to the owner or at least let them know what the problem is. Any clues?

My alignemnt is fresh. It was happening with my old set of wheels and then I bought some stock steelies and it was still happening so I don't think its the wheels/tires.
