If I have a low speed wobble (as in when I'm going about 15-20mph my car seems to wobble) what componants should I check to find out whats wrong or broken or loose or misbalenced. I'm pretty sure its a drivetrain componant and I'm going to rule out the differential. Anyone ever deal with something like this and have any pointers? Thanks.

You first need to find out if it is RPM or speed based. Once you know, it will be easier to determine whether it is engine or drivetrain.

I bet it is an out-of balance or bent wheel though. Possibly even a rotten tire.

Well, there's a couple of things I'm going to look at, but before all that I'm going to get and alignment and balence my tires again. I'll post updates later.
