Alright so I have a 2005 g35 coupe 6mt. Over the past few weeks it has had a knock on the lower Rpms between 2-3k and has progressively gotten worse. I was hoping someone could help me out or knew what the problem could be. https://youtu.be/7dFOFR6E1UE

That sounds pretty bad. The video and audio is good footage, so maybe someone with an educated ear can speak to that noise. Don't drive that thing until you hear otherwise, except to a mechanic.

How often do you check your oil?

If oil levels are fine and you have a knock that is getting worse then I would expect you have either a valve issue or an actual rod problem. Change the oil and check for metal shavings.
