low rough idle and hesitation

alright heres the deal i have a 93 nissan 240sx ka24de and i just swaped another ka in it it had vacum leakes i replace all the lines them them replaced the iacv and the tb gasket and now its idling but low and rough and when i start out out of first at low rps it hesitates a few times then its smooth after 3000 rpms i dont kno what it is soo if anyone else knows what im talki about or has any suggestions it would be very appreicciated thanks

iirc theres a screw on the icav that lets you adjust the idle, if not, make sure your vacuum lines go to the right places. I mixed up a couple of vac lines on the TB one time and had a similar problem.
