Is it possible to tap into the thermo-switch on the lower radiator hose and use on an electric rad. fan?

isn't that what the switch is for anyway, the electric fan on the a/c condensor. If that is the case, then you need to determine what wire sends the power to the fan and then re-route that wiring to the power on your e-fan. I think the problem that you may have is a power draw issue. I believe most fans run somewhere around the 30 amp area and if that regulator is maxed out with the other fan then you might have issues. I ran my efans from the battery to a toggle switch with an led and then back to the fans. works for me and I can manually control them based on my water temp sensor and engine temp sensor, although it requires more awareness to make sure that I am not overheating
