I checked my oil level and it is at high so the light should not be on. When engine is just started, the light is not on however, when I drive it around, the light will come on and might go out sometimes when I hit bumps but comes back again. I checked the oil pan and it is straight and no dents.

Couple of things that I can think of are: Bad oil pressure pump, bad oil pressure sensor next to oil filter.

What do you guys all think??

change the pressure sensor first, its pretty cheap and easy to replace. maybe the wire is loose or there is corrosion around the plug.

that usually happens when your oil pump is going... I see a spun rod bearings sometime in your future.... I guess you dont have an actual oil pressure gauge? I suggest you invest in one after your re-build.

I dont know... you might be lucky and it might be just a connection issue at the oil pres switch ...

wait... I just saw that you are from AA???? Dude thats awesome. Are you the guy that I bought my starter from? shoot me an email. Ill come look at your car or something.
