Low Mileage Q45 for sale

Howdy y'all, first time posting, long time lurking. I have a 1992 Q45 base model with 38k miles currently, just using it to get back and forth to work. I was planning on restoring it and keeping it but figure its better off in the hands of someone that can provide a much better home then I currently can parking it in an apartment parking lot. I've seen the market for these and I know one sold for 30k with 30k miles but I'm not looking for that as it needs love.
Currently it needs
- 2 injectors (and just my luck they are under the plenum)
- a knock sensor
- paint correction
- Hood respray
- an interior cleanup (it looks like it has some kind of staining/sun damage but it will come off when I scratch it with my fingernail so unsure)
- new dash trim (included)
- a factory radio (it comes with one but the tape mechanism is destroyed)
- a replacement antenna (I have a functional one out of my 1990 that I can put in if wanted)
I am unsure about the timing guides being done, I received no paperwork with the car but I also haven't observed any pieces in the oil pan nor any chain noise.

As I need a vehicle to get back and forth to work, I'd prefer trades but if cash is your prerogative, I feel that 12.5k is fair considering the mileage, current market, and issues it has. Always welcome to offers.
