Low idle with hesitation

I have a 1993 240sx Hatch. It seems to be idling really low, which I am not as concerned as problem number two (cause i think it is the TPS) . When you press the gas (not flooring it) it is hesitating for a brief moment, then it takes off. Any ideas? Thanx.

most likely its a vaccum line. check for any leaks if not, adjust your IACV.

Probably some kind of sensor, not necessarily the TPS though. But it might be a vacuum hose as well.

look over the wires and plugs that are running to your injectors right near the throttle body...I had one pull out of the plug, and had a very simillar problem.
