Low idle with AC running

I just got my AC hooked up using the KA compressor and i am having a problem with the idle. Usually when you turn the AC on the idle bumps up but it just puts a strain on the motor and lowers the idle. I also run an atmospheric BOV which doesnt help things... i stall usually when letting off the gas and pressing the clutch. What controls the idle with the AC hooked up and how do i adjust it? Also my stock electric fan isnt coming on with the AC either.

Another question... do the nismo FPR's come preset at a certain fuel pressure?

Idle will drop with AC cause as you said it puts a strain on the motor. To up the idle adjust the Idle Air Control Valve on the intake manifold. Its down in between the runners. It uses a Phillips Screw Driver to adjust.

Also Nismo FPR does not come preset.

My follow up question on that... does that just adjust the idle when the AC is on or the base idle of the car?

sound like the ac idle up circut was not wired in when the wiring was done...
